5 Signs of a Great Sales Culture:
1. They don't expect you to turn in call logs. They trust that you're getting to customer when/if needed.
2. They pay you very well for what you sell. There's not a lot of conditions on selling certain things and meeting thresholds before you get paid.
3. They aren't sticklers about vacation days, especially for doctors appointments and sick days. They trust you to get your work done.
4. They give you opportunities to grow and are willing to invest in YOU.
5. They give you a manager that's available when needed, but not breathing down your throat.
As you wrap up another year, ask yourself, am I working for a company with GREAT sales culture? If not and you’re a TOP performer, why are you selling yourself short? Go find yourself a company that will believe in you, invest in you, and pay you well. You’re worth it.
