Good Cold Calls Look Like THIS!

When you're calling a customer for the first time, you need a plan. The first few seconds are CRUCIAL.

Here's what you DON'T want to do:
❌ Say you're updating your database
❌ Tell them you wanted to let them know about an “exciting” new promotion you’re offering
❌ Ask them if they’re in the market for whatever it is you sell.

Instead, just introduce yourself and give them time to respond. Silence is okay, even uncomfortable silence.
