My Early Mistake

I thought learning AI would be a waste of time. I told myself, “It can’t replace real conversations, so why bother?”

But one day I finally gave it a try. And in just a single week, here’s what I used it for:

Summarizing customer feedback. I turned a four-paragraph customer quote into four sharp bullets for an email — in minutes, not half an hour.
Building a customer profile before a meeting. It pulled together data that would’ve taken me hours, and gave me better questions to ask.
Refreshing a slide deck. Updating images and visuals took a fraction of the time.

I didn’t replace myself. I multiplied myself.

What I DON’T Use AI For

I don’t let it write my personal stories. I don’t let it send stiff, robotic LinkedIn requests. I don’t let it take away the human part of what makes me, me.

Because here’s the truth: AI won’t replace real relationships. But the reps who use AI will replace the reps who don’t.
